Hello,

*Customs fees belong to the customer.

*When you place an order, your money is waiting in my pool and if your order does not reach you, your money will be returned to you.

* Since personalized orders are made carefully and from scratch, there may be 1-2 days delay in delivery time.

* Since marble is all natural material, there may be +/- 15% difference in veins and tones in your orders.

*For returns made arbitrarily by the customer, the return shipping fee belongs to the customer.

*All of our products are sent insured. When your order reaches you, open the package with a video within 1 week. In case of possible damage, share the video and images with us. In case of possible damage, if you share the video and images within 1 week, we will produce your order again and send it to you free of charge.

* Our company is not responsible for any damage that may occur during customer transportation or 2 weeks after order delivery.
